Refund Policy

We offer a quick refund service provided the drone, accessories, parts, outer box are all in perfect condition. We offer a full refund including postage to us here in the UK, if your drone meets the perfect condition requirements.

Should the drone or box not be in perfect condition, we will offer a partial refund based on the damage and are within our rights to offer no refund should the item and packaging be in a state of unreasonable damage.

Please note, we cannot offer a refund until the drone is in your possession. You must note that the delivery and tracking facility on our website is clearly stated. We cannot refund for a slow or late delivery, as postage times are out of our control.
